1. Our services

There are no membership or subscription fees to use www.contentwriternow.com and the services are all priced differently depending on the brief and quote which has been arranged.

All customers will be responsible for maintaining the security of their own account and we ask that you do not share your login information with any third parties under any circumstances.

When requesting services from www.contentwriternow.com customers will be asked to provide as much information as possible when preparing the brief. This gives our team the opportunity to give you an accurate timescale and cost for the project. Once a quote has been agreed then a contractual relationship between www.contentwriternow.com and the customer has begun.

2. Payments

All payments for services on www.contentwriternow.com are to be made in advance and are to be made in full. All payments are protected by a secure payment platform, and please note that we will not store any of your personal financial or payment information on any of our servers.

Once you have received the quote for the content writing services then payment will be arranged in order for the job to begin. Payments and process will vary depending on a number of different factors including the nature of the material, the length and/or wordcount as well as the specified deadline. Works required within a shorter time frame will be priced differently to projects which are not urgent.

All payments will be displayed in your bank statement under the billing descriptor JSCWN, UAE.

3. Refunds

Once you have received the content from www.contentwriternow.com and in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the service that we have provided we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible. If there are minor amendments to be made, these will be offered to you free of charge, however, if the amendments require any significant time, which we will decide upon at our own discretion, then these changes will incur further charges.

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer full refunds for our products and services, but we are happy to work with you on any amendments that you may request in the manner stated above.

We will only be able to offer small amendments which come at no additional cost if these are requested in writing within seven working days of the completed works being delivered.

4. Delivery

When you provide the information for the brief then you will be asked to choose from two different delivery options which are: Standard Delivery, where work will be completed in 5-7 working days, and Express Delivery, which will be completed in 2-3 working days.

Please specify the delivery you require, and let us know as soon as possible if this changes. Express Delivery comes at a greater cost to you the customer, but we will always endeavour to have your requested content delivered on time.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order then we will only be able to process cancellations if they have been received before the copywriter has started working on the project. Unfortunately when a project has been started on, which is usually the same day, then we will be unable to offer any refunds for cancellations which are made beyond this point.

6. Indemnity

You agree to hold www.contentwriternow.com and our affiliates, agents, respective officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand as well as any legal fees which are made by any third party which arise from any breach of any user of this agreement.

7. Liability

The website www.contentwriternow.com exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that apply to this website and the content that is found and produced here. The company owners shall not be liable to any clients for any loss or damage which arises out of their use of these services. In particular, www.contentwriternow.com shall not be liable for any loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, business interruption or anticipated loss of savings as a result of their use of this service.

Neither party shall be liable to any loss or damage which has been a result from any delay or failure to supply any of the products due to any circumstances which are beyond their reasonable control such as a Force Majeure Event.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the country's law, and you agree that the country's courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this agreement.
